Amanda Tipton is the creator and host of The Unplucked Apple Podcast. She double-majored in philosophy and political science at the University of Colorado Denver, receiving her BA in 2020. She is currently nearing completion of her MH at University of Colorado Denver, and was recently accepted to the philosophy PhD program at University of Rochester. Her current areas of interest are logic, philosophy of mind, philosophy of language, and metaphysics.
Kelly Tannenbaum is a regular contributor to The Unplucked Apple Podcast. She is nearing completion of her BA in philosophy with a minor in political science, as well as her MH at the University of Colorado Denver. She was instrumental in bringing Lakota language classes to the university as a new option for their foreign language requirement. She also holds a certificate in Native American Studies. Her research focuses on indigenous metaphysics, as well as the importance of culturally modified trees and their geospatial properties. She is a Saami direct descendant, regularly speaks at indigenous philosophical conferences, and has chaired at APA conferences as well.
